The terms that apply when you book an appointment with Duke's Den Grooming.
A deposit is required to confirm every booking and is deducted from the final price. It is refundable, as account credit or to the original card, if you cancel more than 48 hours before your appointment. Cancelling inside 48 hours forfeits the deposit.
Where a deposit is refundable, you may choose to receive it as account credit or as a refund to your original payment card. Account credit has no expiry date and can be used against any future booking, but it cannot be exchanged for cash once chosen. This choice does not affect your legal rights.
We ask for at least 48 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Within that notice period, online rescheduling is disabled. Please contact us directly by phone or WhatsApp and we will help where we can. Late changes are noted on your record.
Prices shown are a “starting from”guide based on your dog's size. The final price is confirmed at the salon if your dog's actual coat or condition differs from the estimate, for example if the coat is matted and needs extra work.
Where we offer multi-session packages, sessions are valid for a limited period from the date of purchase and expire if unused. Package payments follow the schedule set out at the time of purchase; the first payment acts as your deposit.
Your dog's welfare comes first. We may decline or stop a groom if continuing would distress or endanger your dog, and we will always talk you through anything we find during the appointment.
